All appointments require a 50% booking fee to be paid no later than 7 days before the appointment date. After the booking fee has been paid you will be able to reschedule for free or cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the appointment date. Any changes made after 48 hours will lose the booking fee and another will have to be paid on rebooking.
